Docs

Your engineers set up these connections in the partner portal, under Trunks.

  • SIP trunks

Add the SIP trunk you already run. Swiftcom accepts a fixed IP address, inbound registration, digest authentication, or outbound registration, over UDP, TCP, or TLS. The Swiftcom side is sip.swiftcom.cc on port 5060. One trunk can also carry texts as SIP MESSAGE.

  • SMS trunks

Add the SMS trunk you already run. Swiftcom connects over an HTTP API, an SMPP bind, or SIP MESSAGE on one of your SIP trunks.

  • Call and SMS routes

A route is a named list of trunks and the order to try them. A routing rule picks which route a call or a text uses.

  • Your own billing system

If you charge your customers in your own billing system, Swiftcom sends that system what each app user used. You set its web address in the portal.

  • AI connector

The Widely AI connector is a remote MCP server at mcp.widely-mobile.com/mcp. A white-label app can offer the same connector under its own brand.

Mobile network APIs

  • Partner and wholesale APIs

Your systems create and manage subscribers, SIMs and eSIMs, numbers and plans on the platform.

  • Top-up APIs

Your shops, dealers and payment partners top up customers’ balances and plans.

  • Webhooks

The platform tells your systems when a customer activates, tops up, uses their service or changes plan.

  • Sandbox

Your engineers build and test against a sandbox before launch.
